Single game and Full Season Package Includes:

  • One 20 x 20 tent with one 20x10 outside area in front of the tent
  • 50 wrists bands will be provided for access to your tent
  • One 2 x 4 banner hung on the tailgate side of the tent
  • Half Off all drink tickets
  • One 10 x 3 table with 6 chairs
  • Access to the VIP food lines and VIP portable toilets
  • No Coolers will be provided, you may bring as many as you like to fit in your tent area. Bring your own ice as it will NOT be provided on site.

Extras for the purchase of the Full season Package:

  • Two (2) 10 x 3 tables with 12 chairs

All buffets include plastic plates, flatware, napkins, & warming racks when applicable.
There is a 25-person minimum for all buffets.

Policies:

  • A 50% deposit of your estimated invoice is required upon the signing of your contract.
  • Final payment and guest count is required seven days prior to your event.
  • An 18% service fee will be applied to all food and beverage.
  • A $200 service charge will be applied to your total food and beverage bill (if a full time attendant is required).
  • All buffets require a minimum of 25 people.
  • Our order forms are set up so you will not have to worry about your pre-game meal, post-game meal, and snacks for in between.
  • Pre-game serve time is 2 hours before kick-off.
  • Post-game serve time is 30 minutes after game.
